Welcome to Vexlo Connect ("Vexlo", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using our website, digital cards, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and for any activity under it. Keep your password secure.

2. Subscription & orders

Some features require a paid plan. Physical card orders are produced after confirmation and payment; production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Custom engraved cards are non-refundable once production has started.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Vexlo to impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, harass anyone, upload malware, or scrape our platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (name, bio, links, images). You grant us a limited license to display it on your public profile and to operate the Services.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep Vexlo online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued.

6. Liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vexlo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
