1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and username.
Profile data: bio, avatar, social links, contact info you choose to display.
Order data: shipping address and cardholder details when you order a card.
Analytics: anonymous interaction logs (taps, clicks, contact exchanges) tied to your public profile.
Leads: contact info that visitors voluntarily submit through your profile.

2. How we use it

To provide the Services, produce and ship your cards, show you analytics, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors we need to run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processors when applicable). They are bound by data-processing agreements and use your data only to provide their service to us.

4. Public profile

Anything you add to your public profile (name, bio, social links, avatar) is visible to anyone with your profile URL. Do not add information you don't want to be public.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing team@vexlo.site.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify individual users.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced. See the "last updated" date at the top.
